Contractors operate their own businesses, supply their own tools, transportation, and insurance, are responsible for their own taxes, may accept or decline any assignment, and may maintain other customers and business relationships.
Contractor rates of $25 to $30 an hour, and Lead Technician rates of $30 to $35 an hour, are based on experience, approved capabilities, demonstrated performance, and management approval.
